The Company
Classic Memorial Benches is a division of The Classic Garden Furniture Company NW Limited, Registered in England and Wales – Company Number 7287966 whose registered office address is Cock Farm, Spa Lane, Lathom, Lancs, L406JQ.

The Customer
The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on the following terms & conditions alone.

Prices
Classic reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. All prices include VAT.

Deposit
We request a deposit payment to be made at the point of placing the order.

Payment
The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount less any deposit already paid once the order is complete and ready to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk & Title
The risk of the Goods passes to the Customer at the point of delivery, or upon completion of Installation. The Customer shall hold the goods in a fiduciary capacity until such time as full payment has been received. Title and full ownership of the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt by the Company of all monies due under the order.

Returns
Classic Benches are made to order. Benches with carved inscriptions or any other personalisation may not be returned unless they’re deemed to be defective or damaged while still under our care. It’s the customers responsibility to check the furniture upon delivery or installation and inform us immediately if there is a problem. In such circumstances, we will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

For all other returns including defects that have occurred after a period of time, a refund may be given at our discretion minus deposit and the goods to be returned to us at the customers own expense.

Online Product Images and Descriptions
Images in the company’s brochure or on its website may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by the Company will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use. Wooden benches are subject to slight colour variation.

Delivery Notice
For Pallet delivery orders, We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error within delivery address with sufficient time before that order is dispatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details.

10 Year Guarantee
We offer a no quibble guarantee that our furniture will be fit for purpose for at least 10 years. Beyond this time period would be at our discretion. If your furniture is found to be we would repair or replace. This guarantee does NOT cover the cosmetic appearance of the wood or hairline cracks on the wood surface. Goods to be returned to us at the customers expense.

Classic will repair or replace products found to be not fit for purpose due to faulty workmanship or defective materials during the warranty period, subject to thorough inspection. Products found to be defective during the warranty period through improper application, use, modification or incorrect installation are excluded from the guarantee.

Limit of Liability
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
